This means ethical leadership impacts on a variety of reasons, for customers, employees, and the company as a whole. The leaders must conduct ethical actions to be the role model to their community.

My Reflection and Key Takeaway

True leader must be able to adapt in any situation and ready for changes in order to come up with new strategy to direct the company. True leaders must have both sides of characters, the soft sides and the hard side. The hard sides are needed when it comes to authority, command, policies , punishments , promises, honesty  and some decision making process. The other side could be empathy , supporting, being opened. Ethical leaders will think put their employees into their shoes so that they will understand employee’s perceptions and how they would like leaders to support. But both characters must base on fairness and not personal emptions. Other wise leaders might make wrong judgements at times.
