Developing Good Work Habits
Reliability
is key to being a good employee will have these qualifications
as below;
1 )Punctual: A punctual employee
also means having high responsibility, dedicated to duties, being organized, being
professional, and respecting their co-workers. The ones who are not, will make
the company losses money and times. This behavior , unfortunately can attracts
another employees to copy and bring down the morality inside the organization.
2) Consistent in work attendance: employees who show up for work each day reflects as dedicated employees company and team can trust with important tasks. Meanwhile poor attendance suggests that they’re not prepared to pull their weight in the company
3) Accomplishes tasks by required deadlines: Deadlines make everyone stressed but it also bring the best efforts from employee. A good employee respects deadlines and manages their time at work well because their works could affect the company business, clients, suppliers and co-workers.

Professional attire
Related to interpersonal skills is an employee’s outward appearance. Strong interpersonal skills involve understanding office politics – the employee should know when to speak up and when to listen.
Altruistic, Helpful and Goal-Oriented
Altruism is an unselfish genuine
reactions or being willing to help after realizing that something must be taken
action. For example; an employee is out of their way or beyond their duties or
responsibility to stay late to help another co-worker finish their works. Being
altruistic and helpful will speed up the work process to be finished and
creates good relationship between teams as well.
Goal-Oriented
means working hard to achieve the set goals. This could benefit directly to the
company and their team from small to big projects and will bring the company
close to mission and vision in the near future
Being Positive
During the business struggles, positivity of employee will positively
approach projects or problems without avoiding difficult processes or
situations.
Negativity
damage workplace atmosphere and block new ideas to deal with problems which worsen
productivity and morals.

The Employer's Role
For
example, respect to your employees, but also be willing to address performance
and behavior issues promptly. Be a good examples in ethics to build business
from the right foundation and prevent corruptions.
Good Communication Skills
Strong
interpersonal skills can help form cohesive teams among employees and make
handling challenges easier. Employees should learn how to communicate
effectively in email, by phone and in-person. In addition, it's also important
for employees to learn how to present negative information in a constructive
way.
Conclusion
There are so many qualities that employees need. Most of
people will think that about work qualifications are not included in ethics but
in fact, you can include them in the ethics category as well. Making ethical decisions by knowing right or wrong,
in this case could be good in making more benefit as well. When you work with a
lot of people, making the best choice is important. When you make the best
choice it will associated with gaining and trust from customers, leaders ,
boss, coworkers and will result for better reputation.
My Reflection and Key takeaway :
Employees are important resources in the company. Good and
qualified employees will make the vison and strategy of Top Managers come true
and take company get through crisis. There are many traits that the company
needs but lability is one of the most quality that HR look for. It means that
person has high responsibility and company can trust and assign that person
with important jobs. If the employee has high responsibility, he/she will take
action whenever it is needed, so the operation can still keep going smoothly.

I think besides these qualifications, the employee should have adaptability skill in order to handle with various situation and people.
